Membership
Wood Processing and Furniture Cluster is open for new members – for companies operating in Western Ukraine and which are using wood in their industrial operations.
WPFC is an association of legal entities under the Ukrainian Law. Membership in the Association “Wood Processing and Furniture Cluster” is open for any companies and legal entities that are working in the related industries and share the goals of the Association. Upon receiving a membership request, General Assembly of the cluster reviews it and makes the decision to except or not to except a new member.
Members of the clusters pay the following membership fees (as of Dec 1, 2012):
- Entry membership fee (UAH 500, once-off fee)
- Annual membership fee (UAH 12 000 per year)
According the Bylaws of the Association, 10% of all membership fees are reserved for the unforeseen expenses.
